Symptom

An application error with fingerprint=9ded56451c7a2b64d6c40276a99f0270df1b95b3 is given when you attempt to submit a Leave of Absence.

Environment

Employee Central - Time-Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to user's profile -> Take Action -> Manage Leave of Absence
  2. Create an absence request.
  3. Submit the request.
  4. Receive an application error with the fingerprint=9ded56451c7a2b64d6c40276a99f0270df1b95b3

Cause

This is a configuration issue that is caused by a blank mandatory field on the Position Object during Right to Return processing.

Resolution

Either ensure the mandatory field is populated or make the field not mandatory.
