2879084 - Error creating a Form Template

Symptom

When creating a form template in the Maintain Form Templates app, the following errors are presented:

Form template could not be created

Form template creation error

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Maintain Form Templates app

Cause

The role containing the business catalog SAP_CORE_BC_OM assigned to the user contains the restriction "Write, Read, Value Help" with the value "No Access"

Resolution

From the Fiori Apps Library entry for the Maintain Form Templates app, https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F1434')/S19, note that the Business Catalog SAP_CORE_BC_OM is required for the Maintain Form Templates app
Ensure that this Business Catalog SAP_CORE_BC_OM is included in a role assigned to the user
Ensure that the restriction "Write, Read, Value Help" is set to "Unrestricted'
