Resolution
Support team must be used just as last resource in case you do not have a partner and the change that you are doing is a simple task.
Any complex implementations that will require more than a simple change on a settings on Provisioning are out of Support scope and you should engage with a partner to implement it.
Note that any change will need to be approved and requested through a case and the results of the change is under customers responsibility.
If you need to make a simple change on provisioning and you do not have access to a partner, you can raise a case to component LOD-SF-PLT-PRV

Note: If customers request any photos of the setup, there is no problem in providing such photos. A customer can always ask their partner to provide them with proof screenshots.
