2879157 - Display Format is not shown in the National ID Card Type when National ID is defaulted during Hire

• The Display Format is not shown in the National ID Card Type field when an onInit rule is used to load/default National ID Info fields during Hire
• When you delete the row created by the onInit rule using the Trash Icon and manually add a new row, the Display Format is displayed as expected

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Hire/Rehire Wizard

1. Configure a Business Rule to default National ID during Hire using an onInit Rule.
2. Go to Add New Employee.
3. Upon page load, the rule works but the Display Format is not shown in the National ID Card Type field.
   
   

The root cause is not yet identified.

This has been reported to Engineering Team and is currently under investigation. This KBA shall be updated with additional information during the investigation and the fix.
