2879192 - Signal 11 (SIGSEGV) may occur in OmniQuickPass::generateSelectinto() - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • A "Current process infected with 11 (SIGSEGV)" error with a stacktrace is reported in the SAP ASE error log when you run a SELECT INTO query with an aggregate function on a database where replication of "select into" SQL statements is enabled at the database-level.
  • The stack trace in ASE errorlog looks like :
