2879387 - "No RFC authorization for function module RSBOBJDS_JOB_SEND_STATUS" error occurs loading data to BW - SAP Data Services

Symptom

  • The following error message can be seen in the error log of Data Services running job from process chain in Tcode RSA1 which loads data to BW:
    RFC error calling BAPI <RSBOBJDS_JOB_SEND_STATUS>: <RFC_ABAP_RUNTIME_FAILURE-(Exception_Key: RFC_NO_AUTHORITY)- No RFC authorization for function module RSBOBJDS_JOB_SEND_STATUS.>.

  • Records are transferred to BW PSA table successfully but the request is marked as red with the below error:
    Error while accessing repository: DS_REPO_ADMINIST Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__AL_BW_RE_
