Symptom

  • Scenario 1: If user switches from SAP BI Mobile app to another application or device is locked, user is logged out of SAP BI Mobile App after 4 to 5 minutes of inactivity. 
  • Scenario 2: SAP BusinessObjects Mobile sessions are not cleared in CMC after session expires in SAP BI Mobile App.
