2879503 - AS Java is not getting started with exit code 2150 - DOCTYPE is disallowed

AS Java is not starting and fails with exit code 2150. This issue commonly happens when upgrading the SAP NetWeaver, during the Execution Phase of the SUM tool.

Deployment Log shows following entries
Dec 30, 2019 1:20:42 AM [Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.jspm.service.JspmServiceException: Could not update components.
Deployment of queue Queue_2019.12.24 at 08:35:33 completed with error Could not connect to Deploy Controller. Make sure that AS Java and Deploy Controller service are running.
