2879566 - Job Requisitions tab not appearing - Recruiting Management

• When accessing Recruiting, users can see all the tabs but they are not able to see "Job Requisitions" tab.
• "Job Requisitions tab" is not appearing for specific users. Who can access "Job Requisitions" tab?

1. Home -> Recruiting
2. Look at the available tabs. Notice that "Job Requisitions" is not in there.

• The user doesn't have the necessary permission to create job requisition forms.
• The user doesn't have an operator role or is not part of an operator team on any of the job requisitions.
• There is no active job requisition template in the system.

A user can access the "Job Requisitions" tab if either of the following conditions is met.

• The user has the "Create New" button to create job requisitions in Recruiting.
• The user has an operator role or is part of an operator team in at least one job requisition.

a. If the user needs to view any job requisitions

Please assign this user to an operator team or to specific role in the Job Requisition.

b. If the user needs to create job requisitions

Please grant the following permission to the user:

• General User Permissions > Permission to Create Forms (select at least one job requisition form)

        NOTE: The option "All" works only if there is an active job requisition template in the system.

Also ensure to exclude the following three "Hide" permissions.

• Recruiting Permissions > Hide "Copy Existing Job Requisition" option on the create requisition page
• Recruiting Permissions > Hide "Browse Families & Roles" option on the create requisition page
• Recruiting Permissions > Hide "Create New Job Requisition from Blank Template" option on the create requisition page
