2879573 - Redirect URL for Decline is not working when the candidate is logged into the external career site

When a candidate declines their DPCS from their candidate profile, they are not being redirected to the URL configured in Admin Center

1. Log into the external career site
2. Go to your candidate profile
3. Click on 'Data Privacy Statement'
4. Revoke statement
5. You will be brought to the log out page instead of the redirect URL

This is an expected behavior

The Redirect URL for Decline will work on the 'Create Account' page but once you log in, then you will no longer be redirected to the URL configured in Admin Center - Data Privacy Statement. Instead, you will be brought to the log out page:
