2879627 - PO print material number digits is wrong

Symptom

Length of ManufacturerMaterial and Material have been changed, In the orignal test output job, the length of these 2 fields are 18 and 16 and that has been changed to 16 and 14.

Cause

This is caused by a bug.

Resolution

Issue has been fixed in release 2002 HFC03.
