2879751 - Cost center not appearing in app "Manage Service Organizations"

While creating a service organization using app "Manage Service Organizations", the desired cost center is not appearing in the dropdown list.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app "Manage Service Organizations".
2. Create new service organization.
3. Click on the cost center drop down list but cannot find the desired cost center.

Cost center has already been used in other service organization either as the default or as an additional cost center.

A cost center can be assigned to one service organization only. Use a different cost center.
