What is a posting profile in Recruiting Posting?

A Posting Profile serves as a gateway to various job boards, allowing seamless connection and communication.
It contains essential credentials and information required to interact with these platforms effectively. You have the flexibility to create multiple posting profiles tailored to your organization’s needs.
For instance, you can organize them by brand, country, recruiter groups, or even recruiter groups across different countries. This customization ensures that your team can post to the appropriate job boards based on their specific requirements. Recruiters can then be associated with one or more posting profiles, granting them access to the job boards relevant to their roles.
Additionally, job boards are linked directly to the respective posting profiles, simplifying the process further.
The only thing you can't do with a posting profile is to connect multiple accounts of the same job boards to one posting profile like this diagram is displaying.
Also, please note that some information from the Posting Profile (e.g. e-mail address, local identification number or sector) can be transmitted to job boards if they request it, even if it will not always be visible to candidates.
Note:
Each job posting belongs to one posting profile. It is not possible, once started, to change the posting profile during the posting process. It means that if a job requisition is posted by the posting profile A, it cannot be edited (content, adding job board) or unposted by the posting profile B.
If a posting profile is purged, be aware that every job posting will be automatically unposted from the job boards and the job will be accessible by any posting profile for a repost.
