2879910 - How to Deactivate Job Roles in Job Profile Content

You wish to deactivate certain Job Roles so that they no longer appear in the system

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

To deactivate Job Roles, go to:

1. Admin Center
2. Manage Job Profile Builder Content feature
3. Click on the drop-down menu and select 'Set Up Families and Roles' & 'Roles:

    4. On the right, click on the cog under 'Actions' and select 'Inactivate':

    5. A popup will appear asking you to confirm that you want to inactivate the role:

    6. Click on 'OK' and the role is now disabled/ inactivated

Important note: doing the above actions will deactivate the role across the system. Please be sure that you wish to do this before completing.
