2879995 - 'Return Product to' address in the Accelerated Return Order

Symptom

It is unclear where the address for 'Return Product to' is retrieved for the output of an Accelerated Return Order.

Environment

  •  Sales and Distribution (SD)

  •  SAP S/4HANA Cloud All versions 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to the Lauchpad with Business Role - SAP_BR_RETURNS_REFUND_CLERK.
  2. Select App - Create Customer Return.
  3. Enter the Customer Return Order data: Document Type CBAR, Sales Area, etc.
  4. Click on [Header Output Preview].
  5. Select the Output item and [Display PDF Document].
  6. The Output contains a 'Return Product to' address.

Resolution

The address is assigned to the Receiving Point and can be displayed or edited using the following steps in 'Manage Your Solution':

  1. Configuration Step ID - 100066
  2. Organisation
  3. Click on 'Shipping Point'
  4. Click on [Configure]
  5. [Edit] Address
