Symptom
It is unclear where the address for 'Return Product to' is retrieved for the output of an Accelerated Return Order.
Environment
- Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Logistics Execution (LE)
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition All versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon to the Lauchpad with Business Role - SAP_BR_RETURNS_REFUND_CLERK.
- Select App - Create Customer Return.
- Enter the Customer Return Order data: Document Type CBAR, Sales Area, etc.
- Click on [Header Output Preview].
- Select the Output item and [Display PDF Document].
- The Output contains a 'Return Product to' address.
Resolution
The address is assigned to the Receiving Point and can be displayed or edited using the following steps in 'Manage Your Solution':
- Configuration Step ID - 100066
- Organisation
- Click on 'Shipping Point'
- Click on [Configure]
- [Edit] Address
