2880011 - Deleted Documents are not being purged after the retention period

• Deleted documents are not being purged as defined on Retention Period for Purging Deleted Attachments.
• The feature Retention Period for Purging Deleted Attachments is missing on an instance

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Login to your instance
2. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings
3. Unable to find the feature Retention Period for Purging Deleted Attachments

There was a limiation with the feature and it was disabled due to that inconsistency of attachment 'marked for deletion' status, i.e. Some 'marked for deletion' attachments are mis-marked and not intended for permanent delete.

Our engineering team permanetely removed this feature in 2020 and has been confirmed it will not be re-introduced
