Symptom

How to disable to access server address cache (sasrv.ini).

As a default behavior, when using the Host or CommLinks connection parameter, attempting multiple TCP/IP connections or broadcasting over large networks to search for a database server of a specific name can be time-consuming. Caching database server addresses speeds up network connections by saving the following information to the sasrv.ini file to be used for subsequent connections.
