2880164 - Document Format supported in Mass Print Feature - b1911

What are file formats supported in Mass Print Feature - RCM-65451 .

Customer reported that in "Mass Print" functionality the .csv files are not getting converted in to preview document or not getting printed .

Current Behavior of the System.

The supported file types are DOCX, PDF, Image and Text for Mass Printing and these are the same file types which we were supporting for Printing documents of a single candidate as well earlier, there is no change made in the types of files.

There has been an internal request rasied to our docment
