2880166 - Live Activity Calls Not Working With Chrome Version 79.0.3945.117

CTI Calls Triggered in Updated Chrome Version  79.0.3945.117, do not show Pop Up for Calls.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Update the Chrome to new version -  79.0.3945.117.
2. Go to SAP CTI Adapter and Trigger a call.
3. Pop up for Calls is not shown as the option "Load Unsafe Script" itself is not seen in new version of Chrome.

Hence, no calls are seen in the CTI widget as well.

We need to maintain explicit Settings to allow these calls.

1. Go to Chrome Settings.
2. In the Advanced Settings.
3. Navigate to Privacy and Security path.
4. And  then to Site Settings
5. Allow Insecure Content for the C4C domain, https://my*****.crm.ondemand.com
