User wants to disable the email notification received by the creator of talent pool  and whoever added the candidates to the talent pool

It is not possible to disable the email received by the user because talent pool email is an automatic email that is hard-coded in the back-end. As of the moment there is no option in admin center where you can modify or turn on/off the notification in talent pool. Since the functionality you are referring to is not possible as of the moment, we encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles - you can do this on the Customer Influence portal.
