2880467 - XSA Product Installation fails - The authenticity of host is not validated

Symptom

XSA Product installation fails. Pi<x>.log shows the followings like:

Exception sending context destroyed event to listener instance of class [org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener]
[...]
java.lang.IllegalStateException: /hana/shared/HAP/xs/app_working/<hostname>/executionroot/<...>/app/WEB-INF/lib/spring-aop-4.3.19.RELEASE.jar (Permission denied)
[...]
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /hana/shared/HAP/xs/app_working/<hostname>/executionroot/<...>/app/WEB-INF/lib/spring-aop-4.3.19.RELEASE.jar (Permission denied)
[...]

While invoking command "xs restart product-installer", the following error appears:

[...]
The authenticity of host '<hostname>' is not validated!
[...]
Running installation in org "<orgname>" / space "<spacename>" as <...>...
[...]
User does not have required permissions.
[...]
