2880480 - Error rendering List Component - This component cannot be displayed right now

When running Canvas based on Advanced Reporting query, user receives the following error message:

This scenario occurs in Report Distributor when a bundle job sends a file with the message 'Error rendering List Component' to the Email/SFTP folder.

• Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
  • Advanced Reporting

1. Login the instance
2. Navigate to Report Center
3. Run or Edit affected Canvas report
4. Error occurs: "Error rendering List Component - This component cannot be displayed at the moment"

There may be multiple possible causes. For example:

• Lack of data due to filter restrictions
• Report not validated
• Insufficient permissions
• Data issue

• Observe report design to see if there are filters that would prevent user from seeing the data
• Use Check Tool to verify permissions -> 2857327
• Verify if the report has validation errors - 2357821
