2880480 - Error rendering List Component - This component cannot be displayed right now

Advanced Reportring, user getting "Error rendering List Component" This component cannot be displayed right now. Things to try:

• It may not be valid (check the report validation tools)
• Filter too restrictive
• Access to this information may not be allowed (check the role permissions)

• SAP Succesfactors HXM Suite
• Report Canvas Advanced Reporting

1. Login the instance
2. Go to Report center
3. Select Canvas report 
4. Run or Edit
5. Error occur :Error rendering List Component - This component cannot be displayed right now

There may be multiple possible causes:

• It may not be valid (check the report validation tools)
• Data issue (one record is corrupted e.g. invalid number -> for troubleshooting apply filters to check if some values are working)
• Filter too restrictive
• Access to this information may not be allowed (check the role permission)

1. Go to Report Center
2. Select the report
3. Edit the report
4. Try validate the report and check for error to correct (See KBAs on see also for reference)
5. If all valid
6. Go back and edit query
7. Check the filter selected
8. Edit the filter one by one until the error disappear
9. If all filter are remove the issue still occur
10. Check the users permission
