2880501 - CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Instance already exists when creating JCo destination

After previously deleting a JCo destination, attempting to create a new JCo destination with the same name in the Web Dynpro Content Administrator (type ARFC1) results in the following error:

Exception while creating JCo client connection Failed to create new JCO client connection <destination_name>
