Symptom

Intelligent Services Centre is not enrolling users in the new hire benefit life event

Environment

Employee Central - Global Benefits

Reproducing the Issue

  •  Hire a new user into a legal entity
  •  Check to see if the user is enrolled in benefits

Cause

 Inactive benefits included in the configuration of the life event

Resolution

Please check that the Benefits attached to the Life event are all active. All of the benefits attached to the life event must be Active.

 Otherwise no benefits will be enrolled.
