2880776 - Release CRM customizing not effective in MSR_INSPWH

Symptom

You ticked indicator "Release CMR for Material Inspection in Background Processing" in customizing

(path: SPRO -> Logistics -> Advanced Returns Management -> Customer Returns -> Configure Default values for Returns Refund Codes (new))

and by this, you are expecting with refund code change in MSR_INSPWH to change the checkbox "Release Credit Memo Request" checkbox on "Refunding" subscreen, but it does not happen.
