Some names are appearing twice under a manager in the Org Chart

1. Navigate to Company Org Chart
2. Under a Managers block, a user is appearing twice

This occurs when a user has the same user ID entered in both the "MANAGER" and "MATRIX_MANAGER" columns in the Employee Import file. Notice how one of the blocks is joined by a dotted line to indicate a Matrix relationship.

Perform an Employee Export and make an amendment in either the MANAGER or MATRIX_MANAGER column, whichever is relevant for your situation. Then import the new, fixed import file.

Once the import is complete, then replicate and confirm on the instance.
