2880860 - You Cannot Change the Downtime Flag and the Overtime Flag in Business Configuration

Symptom

In Resource Deviation Code activity, you are trying to change the Downtime Flag and the Overtime Flag. However, the check boxes are grayed out and cannot be changed.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Select Overview view.
  3. Find the activity Resource Deviation Code.
  4. Open the activity Resource Deviation Code.
  5. Click Assign a Resource Deviation Code.
  6. Notice that the Downtime Flag and the Overtime Flag are grayed out and cannot be changed.

Cause

This is currently a system limitation, you cannot change the Downtime Flag and the Overtime Flag.

Resolution

This limitation will be fixed in a future release.
