The Balance Display on People Profile and "available balance" field on the Absence Request UI is different to the Balance showing on the Time Accounts Tab on the workbench.
There are future absences existing for associated time type
Balance Calculation Display field on Time Type is set to "Consider Balance after Calculation date."
