2880910 - To remove an Item from a Library

Symptom

Admin would like to remove item from the library so users are not able to search and acces it.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

  1. After loging as an admin on LMS, navigate to Learning Activities > Items
  2. Search for the item and open it on edit mode
  3. Go to Libraries tab
  4. Select the Library to be removed, click the Remove option and then Save

Alternativelly, you can control the Item visibility on the Libraries via the item connector, using the SHOW_IN_CATALOG field.
