Customer would like to add their email address to RCM Jobs that are currently configured in Provisioning
Environment

Resolution
Here are the list of jobs that support can add the customers email address as an additional recipient:
- Application Import
- Candidate Import
- Candidate Job Alerts
- Candidate Merge
- External to Internal Candidate Profile Conversion
- Internal to External Candidate Profile Conversion
- Job Role Tag Import
- Job Requisition Import
- RCM Entity Anonymization Job
- RCM Rule Execution Job
- Sync all internal job postings
- Update Candidate LinkedIn ID
Please create an case and request to Support if you want to add your email address to be added on the Additional Reciepient of the following jobs above.
Note:
Not all jobs are enabled on the backend.
Support will only add customers email address if the job is enabled.
