The label for "Key Position" in Position Talent Card can be changed via Manage Languages tool in Admin Center.

First, it is necessary to identify the label key to be changed in your instance, by changing your instance locale to English Debug in Account Navigation > Settings > Change Languages.

Once the target label key is identifyed, go to:

1. Admin Center > Manage Languages;
2. List of all language packs is available in this page;
3. In the Action column of the corresponding locale (e.g. English US), click Add custom locale;
   NOTE: If there are already custom labels uploaded for your instance, in the target language, you would need to download the existing file, and add the key and new label, uploading the existing labels and new ones.
4. Enter a new name for the custom language pack (e.g. English US Custom). The custom language pack gets appended to the original language pack;
5. Download the CSV file of the original language pack, with all the default labels, clicking Download default labels in Action menu;
6. Open the downloaded CSV file in any text editor (Notepad or Notepad++). This file, which is the original CSV file, contains the entire list of key values and their corresponding UI labels;
7. From the entire list, select only those keys you want to replace the text/label with;
8. Create a new csv file to include only the custom labels. Open a new file in notepad/notepad++, and copy the header and change the default label;
   NOTE: For every key, you must include one line on the file. First value should be the key > Comma > New Label. Both enclosed in double quotation marks:

11. Save in .csv format;
12. Go to Admin Center > Manage Languages;
13. Expand the language (click + next the target locale);
14. Click Action menu for the custom locale;
15. Upload custom labels;
16. Select created file with custom labels > Import;
17. Message informing the action was successful will show in a popup window > Click Ok;
18. Logout of your instance, and access it again, to refresh the system and see updated custom label:
    NOTE: If custom labels were added to a different locale than the default language of the instance, change it in Account Navigation > Settings > Change Languages.
