2880977 - Unable to Edit Components and Preview Category Page on CSB - Recruiting Marketing

Customers/Partners are unable to open the component editor and preview the page on after they have been created.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Create a page using non-english text. (e.g Russian, Hindi).
2. Add any component (e.g Text Component) 
3. Click on the component. 
4. Component not opening. 
5. Try to preview the page, error: "Bad Request".  

The encoded character limit for category name on a URL has been exceeded which is 300 characters.

Shorten the category name of the category page. For non-english language used (e.g. Latin, Hindi, Russian, Chinese, Japanese) as category name, you can use https://coderstoolbox.net/string/#!encoding=url&action=encode&charset=utf_8 or other related applications to see how category names will be encoded. Please note that the provided example tool is not created nor owned by SAP.
