2881089 - Data is generated under G_NONE even a Group is specified as filter when running Account-based Calculation

Symptom

You have logic script as below:

*RUN_PROGRAM CALC_ACCOUNT

              CATEGORY = %CATEGORY_SET%

              GROUP = %SCOPE_SET%

              TID_RA = %TIME_SET%

*ENDRUN_PROGRAM

 When running the data package, you specify a Group as filter and expect data is only generated under this Group.

 But you find that data for G_NONE is also generated.
