Symptom
When calling RTCCTOOL on AS ABAP System with SAP_Basis 740 or above, a Logon Screen is shown and you cannot logon with technical communication user. SAP Support Hub configuration is executed successfully and SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL is functional.
