SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Enable the Enable MDF-based new hire activity planning (refer to Onboarding 1.0 Config Guide for details) feature in Provisioning
   
2. Ensure Enable External ATS-ONB-EC Integration is enable in Provisioning
3. In BizX Manage permission Roles
4. Find the role associated with your user
5. Click Permission
6. Scroll down to Manage On/Offboarding
7. Grant yourself  Manage Onboarding additional content permission
   
8. Click Done, and save changes
9. Navigate to Admin Center
10. Hover over On/Offboarding 1.0
11. Click Configure new hire activity planning process
    
12. Click Create
13. You can choose activity Name on the left
14. For example Welcome Message Click Detail to add the welcome message
    
15. Click the globe icon to localize the message
    
16. You can make it optional or mandatory
17. Note: if all activities are optional it means that we do not have to create hiring manager activities for the candidate
18. If you want them to be create at all times please have at least one activity mandatory
19. You can click Done and Save
20. Then you navigate to Onboarding
21. Security
22. Users
23. Search for the user you would like to be a Hiring Manager
24. Double-click the record to open it
25. Ensure that they have been granted a Hiring Manager Role
    
26. Save the record.
27. You can test by completing the process, ensure that the user is selected as a hiring manager
28. Note: In the current implementation,  this action is a hard coded logic in the current offering of Onboarding 1.0.
    There is a check if the OCI creation date is less than 14 days. If yes, OnboardingProcess object will be created
    (Hiring Manager Activities).
29. For the candidate to be able to view the activities on the home page, the hiring manager has to complete the activity
30. Note: when you test by creating a manual process in Onboarding please ensure the Enable External ATS-ONB-EC Integration feature
    is enabled in provisioning for a correct connection with BizX
