2881768 - Profit center not available at Customer Project Billing Item level

Symptom

When creating a new Project in 'Plan Customer Projects', the dropdown help on the Information tab offers all Profit Centres for selection. However, when adding a new billing item to an existing Project, not all Profit Centres are available.
