Symptom
- S-user ID is classified as a regular customer
- S-user ID is missing the partner role
- ERROR: You are attempting to login with an SAP-ID (S00XXXXXXXX) that is registered with the type of 'customer'. A type of Partner, established in PRM, is required to access this portal. Please contact partner@sap.com for assistance.
- Error: The user type you are using to login is nto registered as a partner. A partner S-user, recorded in Manage My Partnership(MMP), is raquired to access this portal. Your Security Manager can provide this, but in case of login issues, you can contact partner@sap.com
