2881908 - Picklist field expanding when field label is too large - Recruiting Management

Picklist fields boxes will have its sizes expanded, when the field label in it is larger than the box itself.

This behavior is expected, based on the system current design. This was changed so picklist labels will be always visible to the users operating them. As a consequence, labels that are too large will cause possible unsatisfying or broken layouts. We recommend picklist fields to be re-labelled to smaller versions, to have this addressed.
