Symptom
You would like to analyze if a call is reaching the CTI Adapter, by increasing the log level.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
1. Open the CTI Adapter from your computer.
2. Disable the Adapter.
3. Increase the Logging Level.
4. Enable the CTI Adapter.
5. Simulate a call from the respective CTI Provider.
6. Disable the CTI Adapter to update all the logs to Log Files.
7. Go to the Log directory under local C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\SAP\SAPC4CClientAdapter\log
8. Open the latest file CTIServer<Date>.
9.Analyze the log file.
