2882212 - Fiori Client application there is no "Enable unlock with fingerprint." on Android 10 - FC/KAP

Symptom

The Fiori Client application 1.12.10 (released 21 November 2019) on Android 10 does not give the option "Enable unlock with fingerprint.".

The option is given on Android 9 though.

Tested this on a Samsung S10 (with Android 10) and Samsung S9 (with Android 9).

Deinstalled the app, and reinstalled it from the Google play store and the issue still persists.
