2882290 - Budget Query Amount is Shown as Zero in Forecast Document Items Report

 You have created and released a budget query, however when running the Forecast Document Items report, the amounts are shown as Zero ($0.00)

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports view.
3. Open and execute the Forecast Document Items.

You notice that amount for your budget query is zero (0.00)

When checking the Forecast Document Items report, the key figures Amt Comp Curr and Transaction Amount shows the balance of the budget query, which is zero due to credit and corresponding debit.

To check further details of the corresponding amount, you may add to the report the characteristic for Debit/Credit.

Additionally, as per current design of forecasting logic, any change in the source documents (budget queries or purchase orders, etc) would trigger forecast document business object and would create entries in the backend for every change. When you bring row fields like Created On and Commitment Level in Forecast Document Items Report, you shall be able to narrow down to further entries that aggregates and balances amount to zero.
