2882342 - Unable to locate the Form, because the XFA data lacks a reference

Symptom

You receive the below error message after creating a Print Form in your custom solution within the SAP Cloud Applications Studio:

"Unable to locate the form, because the XFA data lacks a reference to the PDF document. If the data came back as a result of a submit from a PDF form, then the URL is probably missing “#FDF” at the end."
