2882374 - Spot Awards Guidelines import error

When trying to import guidelines file into the spot award program, the system throws a pop up with error message "Please enter valid country/region in line number".

Import guidelines file into the spot award with country information. Even though the country name is valid, the system throws error message as below :

The issue is with the countries present in line number of the error message. There could be no employees in the user data file mapped with those countries or/and these countries are not present in the ISOCountryList.

• Export the user data file and make sure there are employees mapped against the countries.
• Export the picklist and check if the countries are present in the ISOCountryList.
