2882384 - The identifier that starts with 'sp_thresholdaction_logfreespac' is too long - SAP ASE for Business Suite

After modifying the script, 'sp_thresholdaction_logfreespace.sql' sent via SAP Note 1801984, the procedure, 'sp_thresholdaction_logfreespace' does not work anymore.
Following errors are seen in the ASE log -

Error: 101, Severity: 15, State: 4 Line 5: SQL syntax error.
Error: 103, Severity: 15, State: 205 The identifier that starts with 'sp_thresholdaction_logfreespac' is too long. Maximum length is 30.
Error: 101, Severity: 15, State: 4 Line 40: SQL syntax error.
Error: 103, Severity: 15, State: 205 The identifier that starts with '@do_dumptran_by_DUMP_TRAN_usin' is too long. Maximum length is 30.
