• How can the candidate disable the Candidate Job Alerts when RMK is integrated?
• Is it possible to disable the job alerts on behalf of the candidate?

The candidates must unsubscribe from alerts themselves.

With RMK implemented the workflow is as follows:

1. The candidate logs into their profile
2. Under the Options dropdown, select Job Alerts
   
   
   
3. Once the page opens, the candidate will see all the job alerts they have set up
4. There will be a bin icon under the Actions column right next to the job alert they have selected, which will delete the job alert
5. They can also disable their consent to receiving alerts on that same page.

Note that they can also use the Unsubscribe link from the alert email. This link would bring them not to their profile login page but to the RMK Email Subscription Management page where they can just submit their decision to cancel their subscriptions without logging in at all so that option is always accessible.

With only RCM enabled, steps would be:

1. Log into the career site
2. Go to the Job Management tab, then to Saved Searched/Alerts
3. You will see the alerts you have set up
4. Click on Action, and there will be an option "Delete"
