Admin user cannot see Storage Usage on Manage Documents page

 SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Admin user go to Manage Documents
2. Storage Usage is not visible

Example of where the Storage Usage should be showing:

Feature "Enable OpenText Integration" is enabled from the back-end. This feature is aimed for enabling document management with SAP SuccessFactors storage by default and with the ability to set up integration with third-party cloud storage vendors.

Please engage with your implementation partner or SAP Support and ask for the feature "Enable OpenText Integration" to be disabled on Provisioning (back-end).

Before requesting the feature to be disabled, please check the page "Configure Document management" and see if any of the options is selected. If none are selected that means you are not using any third-party vendor cloud storage and this feature can be definitely disabled.
