2882489 - Difference in Recorded Hours between Timesheet and Not invoiced time and expenses

For example you entered 8.45 hours in time sheet but 8.75 hours appears in Not invoiced time and expenses view of a project and a specific employee time confirmation.

Also after you release the time entry, 8.75 appears for field Quantity in time entry as well.

You enter hours and minutes in time sheet and that has to be converted to only hours in time an expenses which can be used in various documents like invocing for calculation of  amount.

For example 08:30 hours in time sheet means 8 hours and 30 mins which will be converted to 8.5 hours.

Cause 8*60 mins +30 mins =480+30= 510 minutes and 510 mins is converted to 8.5 in hours.

So what you enter in Time sheet is Time and what appears in Not invoiced time and expenses view is Quantity
