2882516 - Job information incremental import removes data from fields not present in import file

When performing job information change via incremental import or manage mass changes, some fields not mentioned in the import file or in the mass change screen get cleared.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Employee Data Import

1. Create and Initiate a mass change to update one field (like work schedule) or perform job history incremental import to update a field:
   
   
2. Check the profile of the user after the import/mass change has completed successfully:
   
   
3. Values from other fields are removed.

The fields which get cleared have their 'Visibility' set to 'View' and 'Allow Import' set to 'No' in Manage Business Configuration -> jobInfo -> "Cleared Field Name" -> Details:

Either set the 'Visibility' of the field as 'Edit' or set 'Allow Import' as 'Yes', when performing incremental import or mass changes.
