2882810 - Postal Code Validation for Dependents

System is Validating Postal code entered in Dependents Portlet even when Address Validation switch is disabled in "Company System and Logo Settings".

Employee Central

1. Add Dependent
2. Enter Post code
3. See Validation Error

Currently the switch for address postal code validation is only for Employee address. Dependents address will always to Post Code Validation. This is the current system behavior.

There is open an open enhancement request for this behavior. However, the release plan is not yet finalized for the same.

As a workaround, for dependent, we suggest use 'copy address from employee' which will help dependents to bypass the postCodeVildation.
