Symptom

For first time users who login to SuccessFactors mobile app, which users will be displayed on the Search Suggestion list?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Sign in to the SF Mobile application.
  2. Navigate to the Search page.
  3. A list of suggested people will be displayed.

Resolution

  1. The Search suggestion list will display users own profile and his/her manager.
  2. After first time use, suggestions are built up by your recent searches.
  3. To clear the suggestions, click on 'Show All Suggestions' and 'Clear All'.
